Re: Did Flavio kill the forum?
Probably.
I check this place far more often than I should... always wish there was more activity. Not many places I have to gush about my favorite band.

Re: Did Flavio kill the forum?
I'm checking it from time to time. Seems more or less alive to me))
Re: Did Flavio kill the forum?
More or less? Yeah, more of the latter these days
I guess the silence is inevitable up to a certain degree when there's no album news and the last one more than two years old already. In addition, facebook is the only news source atm, and not many people want to comment twice, there and here... (besides fb killing any interest in writing more than one sentence or word, anyway ) But in my opinion all this TT- and Flavio-bullshit back then definitely was one reason among some others for people to flee.
I'm sure there'll be more traffic here with some album news though

It´s been a while
How much has our dear testosterone gradually abandoned our bodies? Making us limp while we blindly traverse the glands of the giant spirit. But we resurge, akin to a sudden tsunmi of sugar free coca-cola on a desert or a mcdonald´s that dares to open business on the moon. We are not dead at all just tired and sleepy and high-blood-pressured. Let us drink tall glasses of chocolate milk for our collective fortitude in the face of inevitability.
Happy new year :kiss2:

Re: Did Flavio kill the forum?
Nah, it was already kinda dead by the time of the great Tolkki/Strato dramas of the last decade. I've been seeing the same 20 - 30 people around and nobody else really. People haven't really paid attention to php forums since the advent of FB, Twitter and Reddit. That Flavio jerk just happened to be around...

Where have all the testerone gone?
Long time passing?
Where have all the testerone gone?
Long time ago?
Maybe it is in the rainbowshit,
Or disgusting Salvadore-peetea.
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
And where have all the rainbowshit gone?
Long time passing.
And the disgusting Salvadore-peetea?
Long time ago.
Its gone to the blueblue sea,
And make environmental degradaition,
For all the fish to see,
Oh,when will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
Where have all the fish so gone?
Long time passing.
Where have all the fish so gone?
Long time ago.
Oh, they ate the rainbowshit and drank the Salva-peetea,
So sorry, they are stonedead all of them.
Long time ago.
And they are too late to learn,
They are too dead to learn...

Where the fuck is BEG!!!
Re: Did Flavio kill the forum?
Hi all, it's been a while.
I think that Flavio is one of the biggest problem for this forum, since his poor trolling skills, his bad english and is retard surely stave off the users.
I think also that band forums are pretty dead by themselves, at least those about "small" band like Strato, in 2018 a little people use it or cares about the music.
We need to admit it, guys, we're are the lasts.
But, to me, we're ok like this, we're enough and active.

Re: Did Flavio kill the forum?
flavio pretty much scared me away
but at the same time, i think individual fan forums have disappeared in activity in general.

I got tired of people stealing my rhymes
Re: Did Flavio kill the forum?
You all know that the real problem was the lack of a moderator doing his job.
Anyways, this forum is still alive and doing well.

Biggest problem is really Facebook taking over. Forums aren't "in" anymore.

Re: Did Flavio kill the forum?
Jesus it's been so fucking long... he probs killed it and also forums just aren't popular anymore. Doesn't help that Stratovarius is a small band either so it's not like anyone is looking for this thing. I still try to check in.
